During collection launches, some pieces may quickly sell out.
Since our creation, we have done our best to limit stock shortages as much as possible. They are never intentional. We need at least a year to develop our collections, and we try as best we can to anticipate demand.
We increase our volumes each season but are very careful to limit the overstocks from which the fashion industry suffers today. We also try to listen to your desires as much as possible and always do our best to make your favorite pieces available again.
All our models are made in Europe with materials made essentially in France, irreplaceable know-how, particularly on the silk ribbons from a French company and all our canvases made in France.
We mainly choose Europe which offers us techniques and know-how for leather goods, leather and knitwear in Italy.
The social compliance of workshops is an essential element in our choices, particularly regarding working conditions.
Our workshops are chosen based on their social standards. Ensuring the well-being of employees in the workshops is one of our priorities.

Twice a year, discover the Archives: our pieces from previous collections offered at low prices. Archives items can also be returned. Note that during this period, delivery times may be extended. Our newsletter and Instagram will keep you informed of the various acts of the Archives as well as our upcoming collection launches.

Make your pieces unique* by taking advantage of our personalization service. Customization is possible for a selection of parts indicated on the product sheet.

- Hot stamping – 4 characters maximum
*Once personalized, pieces cannot be returned. If you have any doubts about the size and/or text, it is therefore best to try the piece on without the personalization.
Note that the delivery time for a personalized order may be extended by up to 5 days.
ALERTS
To create an alert and be informed of a possible restocking, simply click on “Create an alert” on the product sheet in question. You will receive an email if it becomes available again.
Alerts only work in the event of a restock resulting from new manufacturing, and not for customer returns.

This is a lovely card* delivered in a box with your own personalized message.
The card is valid for 1 year only valid in France. They are available on the site: E-Shop > Discover > Gift cards.
They cannot be returned or refunded.
*Currently physical gift cards are available on the FR site in € only.

Our e-gift cards are sent directly to the chosen email address.
You can also choose the sending date and add a personalized word.

- USE A GIFT CARD
Gift cards are only valid on our site.
The order must be made in the same currency as that of the gift card. For example, if your gift card was purchased in euros, you must use it for an order in euros.
All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase* and can be used several times.
When paying for your order, simply enter the code in the “Coupon/gift card code” box.
If you paid for your order with a physical gift card for an amount greater than that of your order, we invite you to contact us nicolas.houdoux@lesmalles.com so that we can credit your account with the remainder of your gift card.
- RETURN A PART PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

The order will be automatically refunded with a credit that will be available in your customer account.
If the amount to be reimbursed is greater than the amount of your gift card, we will reimburse you the difference via the payment method used.
C/ Delivery
The preparation time for an order can vary between 3 and 7 working days. Then, the delivery time (indicated when placing the order) is effective once the order has been shipped.
To track the delivery status of your order, go to the bottom of the site on “ Track my order ”, enter the order number and your email.

I JUST RECEIVED THE PART
For remote support, we invite you to contact us by clicking here , attaching photos of your part and the attached label , as well as your order number .
We will then send you a specific return label very quickly. Without the latter, our logistics workshop could take a long time to process your return and process your refund.
This service is only available for parts purchased at one of our locations or online.
I HAVE ALREADY WORN THE PIECE
For remote support, we invite you to share photos of the part and specify the order number as well as the maintenance method used .

You have been notified by email that your order has been returned to our Workshop.
Depending on the country you are in, the actions to take may vary. Consult them by selecting your delivery country:
GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, SPAIN, FINLAND, FRANCE, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SWEDEN
You can choose one of these two options:
- Reimbursement : without a message from you, we will automatically reimburse you within 10 working days after receipt of your order in our Workshop.
- Reshipment at no additional cost : write to us at nicolas.houdoux@lesmalles.com within 72 hours after receipt of the notification, confirming your delivery details (last name, first name, address, telephone number, email and order number ). We will then send you confirmation that your request has been taken into account. However, you will have to wait a few days to receive your new shipping number from us - while we receive your returned package and prepare for reshipment.
ANOTHER COUNTRY
We will reimburse you automatically within 10 working days after receipt of your order in our Workshop.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reship your order due to logistical reasons. We invite you to reorder.
D/ Return, Exchange & Refund
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to return your parts to us. The parts must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and labels not detached to our Logisseo logistics site.
If you have ordered a part, the product must be returned in its original packaging to guarantee its protection.

CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN
You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us.
Parts must be returned in their original condition , unworn, with all accessories and labels undetached .
If you have ordered a LesMalles piece, the product must be returned in its original packaging to guarantee its protection. If you wish to return a part that you believe is defective , please click here and do not use the label present in the package. Our logistics workshop may take a long time to process your return and process your refund.

Once the package is received in our workshop, your refund will be made within 8 working days*. Allow a maximum of approximately 15 calendar days upon receipt of the return package for the refund to be effective.
You will receive a first e-mail confirming receipt of your package at the workshop, then a second when the reimbursement has been made.

We do not offer exchanges directly on our site.
For a new size, another model, or another color, we invite you to make a return and reorder on our site.

E/ Maintenance & Repair
Our repair service is based in Paris and allows you to repair your parts subject to prior agreement:

Introduction Leather goods
Over time, you will notice that the shape of your item softens and notice the appearance of a natural patina. This development and the presence of natural appearances such as natural markings, folds and veins are normal. They are proof of the uniqueness and authenticity of our items. Each mark leaves a lasting memory to cherish forever. To preserve the shape of your item, you should not overfill it. When you are not using the item, it is best to store it in the felt provided at the time of purchase in a ventilated area. It is not recommended to store it in a box or near a heat source, as this risks drying out the materials it is made from.
Natural leather
This natural vegetable cowhide is deeply rooted in LesMalles productions. This leather stands out for its transparency, which reveals natural marks such as veins and folds, attesting that it has not undergone treatment. This delicate leather is easily scratched. It will acquire a beautiful amber patina that will be unique to it and it will soften over time. This patina, as well as the wear due to its use, is proof of the authenticity of the item and its journey alongside its owner. In case of contact with water, dab the leather immediately with an absorbent, clear, lint-free cloth. It is not recommended to clean it with solvents or chemicals. Home remedies for darkening leather such as mink oil, saddle leather grease, leather lotions, or substances of any kind should be avoided at all costs. These chemicals can harm the quality and integrity of leather as it wears over time. If the leather is stained before it acquires its patina, do not attempt to clean it. Let it darken, and the spots will blend into the color.
Calfskin and cowhide
Thanks to a rigorous selection process, calf and cowhide leathers are chosen for their elegance, suppleness and silky feel. Leathers may have natural marks, such as veins or creases. These carefully selected leathers can be damaged by the use of commercial cleaning products. Items such as oils, makeup, perfumes, creams or disinfectants applied to leather can harm its natural beauty and qualities. We recommend cleaning surface stains with a soft cloth dampened with water. LesMalles Monogram Canvas
Symbol of the LesMalles house created in 2011 expresses the values and ambition of our products: tradition, know-how, excellence and luxury. Our monogram canvas is inimitable and unique, it is created using a process carefully developed and perfectly executed by its French subcontractors. Both flexible and strong, it is perfectly suited to contemporary lifestyles. Today, this coated canvas is decorated with an exclusive print, produced in compliance with our demanding quality criteria. You can simply clean the coated canvas with a cloth dampened with lightly soapy water. Home remedies such as mink oil, perfume, leather lotions, cleaners or chemicals should not be used on canvas items. Using these remedies can lead to premature wear of the canvas. Contact with highly pigmented materials increases the risk of color transfer to the canvas and should be avoided. Light-colored colored canvas is the most susceptible to this wear. Printed canvas Printing on coated canvas is a technique used by a manufacturer working for the biggest French houses. Each printing technique involves applying thin layers of ink to the canvas. These techniques achieve complex designs and colors, but they can be susceptible to abrasion and fade. This may occur with normal use of heavy wear areas (such as corners, creases, and bottoms). To avoid this abrasion, limit contact with hard or rough surfaces (wall, carpet, concrete) and alternate the use of your handbag to ensure optimal use and longevity. To clean the item, use a soft cloth dampened with lightly soapy water, avoiding the printed areas. Home remedies such as mink oil, leather lotions, cleaners or chemicals should not be used on canvas items. Using these remedies can lead to premature wear of the canvas.
